How to Create a GoatArch Account
Follow this comprehensive guide to set up your professional company profile. The process includes verification and specific categorization to unlock the right lead generation tools for your business.
1Start the Registration
Navigate to www.goatarch.com and click the Create Account button located in the top right corner of the header.
2Email Verification (OTP)
Security is our priority. To ensure you receive client inquiries securely:
- Enter your Company Name and official Email Address.
- Click "Send OTP". Check your email inbox for a verification code.
- Enter the OTP in the verification field to proceed.
3Business Categories
This is the most important step. You will see a form titled "Business category: Help us understand your business better."
Your choice here determines what kind of inquiries you will receive (Project Consultations vs. Product Quotes):

4Company Details & Integration
Fill in the essential details to make your profile professional:
- Company Location: Accurate location helps clients find you in "Professionals near me" searches.
- Establishment Year: Shows experience and longevity.
- Company Description: Write a detailed "About Us". This text is indexed by Google, so include keywords related to your services (e.g., "Luxury Villa Architects in Dubai").
One-Click WhatsApp Integration
In the communication settings, you can enable the WhatsApp Chat Button. This adds a direct chat widget to your public profile, allowing clients to message you instantly for quick queries.
5Media Upload
You will be asked to upload your visual identity. While this step is optional, we highly recommend completing it immediately.

6Review & Approval
Add your social media links (Instagram, LinkedIn) and click Submit.
What happens next?
- You will see a popup: "Your profile is under review."
- The GoatArch Administration team verifies your details manually to ensure quality.
- Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Email.
After receiving the email, go to Sign In, enter your credentials, and start building your presence! Hurrah! 🎉
