Managing Your Company Profile

Once your account is approved by the administration, you gain access to the full **Company Dashboard**. Now is the time to add rich details like your Brochure, YouTube videos, and WhatsApp integration to boost your SEO ranking and generate more leads.


1Accessing Account Settings

Log in to your account. In the top right corner of the header (where "Sign In" used to be), you will now see your **Company Logo and Name**.

Hover over your Company Logo. A dropdown menu will appear with options based on your category (Dashboard, Account Settings, Products, etc.).

Click on Account Settings to view your full profile details.

2Enter Edit Mode

You will land on your profile overview page. At the top, you will see a Black Header Section containing your banner and basic info.

Locate and click the Edit Profile button in this header area. This will unlock all fields for editing and reveal new options that were not available during sign-up.

3Enhance Your Profile (New Fields)

In Edit Mode, scroll down to find the new sections. Filling these out is critical for ranking higher in GoatArch search results.

1. Expertise & Brands We Deal

For Architects/Designers: Add tags like "Sustainable Design", "Villa Planning", or "Hospitality" in the Expertise field.

For Suppliers: List the specific Brands you distribute (e.g., "Kohler", "Jotun"). This helps users find you when searching for specific products.

2. Company Brochure

Upload your latest PDF catalog or portfolio. This adds a "Download Brochure" button to your public profile, allowing clients to save your details offline.

3. YouTube Video URL

Paste a link to a company walkthrough or project showreel. Video content increases user engagement time on your profile by 150%.

4. Social Media

Ensure your Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook links are up to date so users can follow your latest updates.

4Enable WhatsApp Chat

Lead generation is faster when clients can reach you instantly. In the edit form, look for the WhatsApp Number field.

  • Enter your business WhatsApp number (with country code).
  • Once saved, a floating WhatsApp Chat Button will appear on your public profile.
  • Users on mobile can click this to open a direct chat with your sales team immediately.
Tip: Profiles with WhatsApp enabled receive 4x more inquiries than those without.

5Update & Check Profile Score

Click the Update button at the bottom of the form to save your changes.

After updating, navigate to your **Dashboard** (via the header menu). Look at the Sidebar on the left.

A higher score (aim for 100%) means your profile is fully optimized. The GoatArch algorithm prioritizes high-scoring profiles on the Home Page and Search Results.
