2. Eligibility

5. Third-Party Businesses and Disclaimer

GoatArch may display information relating to independent third-party companies, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers and other businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a listing, profile, project or product on GoatArch does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or recommendation by GoatArch. GoatArch does not guarantee:

8. Licence to GoatArch

By submitting User Content to GoatArch, you grant GoatArch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, resize, edit and promote that content for purposes connected with:

• Operating GoatArch
• Displaying business profiles
• Promoting listed businesses and the wider GoatArch community
• Marketing GoatArch
• Social-media promotion
• Editorial content
• Digital publications
• Other legitimate Platform-related activities

This licence continues for as long as the content remains on GoatArch, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement between GoatArch and the content owner. GoatArch will not acquire ownership of your underlying intellectual property merely because you submit it to the Platform.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belonging to GoatArch, including but not limited to the GoatArch name, logo, website design, graphics, platform layout, original text, software, databases, icons, videos, original photographs, marketing materials, and other GoatArch-created content, is owned by or licensed to GoatArch and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. 10. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Users must not upload or publish third-party material without appropriate permission. If you believe that material published on GoatArch infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may contact GoatArch with:

11. Free Platform

GoatArch is currently provided free of charge. There are no listing fees, subscription fees, membership fees or other charges for creating an account, publishing a company profile, or submitting products or projects on the Platform. Access to GoatArch does not require payment and, accordingly, no payment, billing, refund or cancellation terms currently apply to the use of the Platform.

GoatArch reserves the right to introduce paid features, plans or services in the future. If it does, the applicable pricing, payment and refund terms will be clearly communicated and these Terms will be updated accordingly before any such feature becomes chargeable.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not use GoatArch to:

• Commit or facilitate unlawful activity
• Publish fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or company
• Upload stolen or unauthorised content
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Publish defamatory or abusive content
• Upload malicious software
